自分自身もかなりお世話になったRarejobの創業期を描いたクーリエの記事がめちゃめちゃ面白いです。読んでいるだけでわくわくします。

日本最大級の化粧品口コミサイト「@cosme」（アットコスメ）の創業期を描いた日経ビジネスの記事: どう計算しても、億単位の利益が見込めた：日経ビジネスオンラインと同じ熱を感じました。

この二人の共通点は、外資系コンサルティング会社で働きながら起業したという点です。

仲間たちとは、よく深夜にミーティングをした。僕が当時勤めていた米国系の戦略コンサルティングファームの一室で、こっそりやるのだ。

僕のオフィスは大手町駅から地下道を5分ほど歩いていったところの、新築のビルの中だった。社内は清潔で広々としており、高そうなスーツに身を包んだ社員たちは、先輩後輩関係なく「さん」付けで呼び合っていた。デスクは、肩の高さほどのパーティションで仕切られており、個人の作業に集中しやすい。社員たちはIBMのノートパソコンThink Padに向かいパチパチと作業をしていた。

「加藤です。聞こえる？　お待たせしました。いつも遅くて悪いね」

中村岳（現レアジョブ社長）は、当時通信系の企業で研究員をしていた。

「聞こえてる。別にいいよ。今日は会社の仕事は5時に終わらせて、それからずっとコードを書いていた。そろそろ細かいことも決めていかなきゃね。
僕は予約とかのシステムをつくることに専念したいから、ウェブサイトに乗せる文章は加藤に用意してほしい」

「わかった」と僕は言った。
「その前に、料金とかいろいろ決めなくちゃいけない。僕が作業するから、メールで送るよ。何かコメントあったらよろしく」
